Shipping and Refund
Please wait 7-10 business days for the product to be delivered. After confirmation of the order, we will ship your products within 1-2 business days. If you do not receive your order within 10 business days, please contact us email@example.com with order id and date of order, and we will investigate and resolve any issues.
At Nutrameltz, we want to ensure that your order arrives quickly and efficiently. That's why we offer two shipping options: Economy and Express - so you can get the product in hand when you need it! We use multiple carriers based on the customer's locality to guarantee an expeditious delivery every time! A confirmation email containing the tracking number is sent to ensure your package arrives.
Canadians, purchase orders of 30.00 CAD or less, and you will be charged a minimal shipping fee of only 9.99 CAD!
Please note that the shipping fee does not cover duties, customs, or import taxes. Select areas within Canada, such as Prince Edward Island and Quebec, may entail additional charges for the shipment. Nunavut, Yukon, and other Northwest Territories are also subject to higher delivery surcharges than usual.
Returns can be requested within 15 days of receiving the product, provided it is still in its original condition. We cannot accept returns on products that have been used or damaged.
If you wish to return your item, please contact our customer service team via email at firstname.lastname@example.org with information about your return (Order Number, Item(s), Quantity, and reason for return). Upon receiving your request, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to you. You can use the same carton to ship your product! You must return the product in its original condition to receive a refund.
Our customer service professionals will assess each return individually. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee a refund for all returns unless the product is faulty
After receiving the returned item and upon successful inspection of your item, we will start the refund process. Please allow us ten business days from the receipt of your item to process the refund that will reflect on your credit card and/or bank statement.
You can cancel your order before it has been shipped. However, if you need to cancel the order after receiving a shipping confirmation notification, kindly reach our customer service team at email@example.com for help upon delivery.
How Subscriptions Work
We offer the choice of subscription for our products to make it easier and hassle-free for our customers. When you choose a subscription, we will deliver your product to you automatically according to the agreed timeline.
You can cancel your subscription before being charged again. Our customer service team will assist you with cancelling the order or changing the delivery timeline.
